Settings
The settings screen allows you to alter the user statistics and application settings. The settings screen is split into three sections: 'Display Units' which sets how units are displayed on the screen, 'User Settings' which is used to hold the user statistics such as age and height, and 'Application Settings' which sets the starting day of the week and the activity points mode.
Once you have updated all the user statistics, and configured the application settings, tap 'Done' to save these settings. The rest of the application will update automatically.

Display Units
The height and weight can be entered in the following units:
Height:
- Feet & Inches
- Centimeters
- Meters
Weight:
- Pounds
- Kilos
- Stones
By default, the application operates in 'Feet & Inches' for height and 'Pounds' for weight. To change either of these settings tap on the field you wish to change, select the new unit and then tap the 'User Settings' button on the top left hand side of the toolbar to return to the settings screen. The units should now be updated on the screen.
If you change between height or weight units the current value will be automatically converted to the new units. For example if you have 5' 10" set as your height in Feet & Inches then select 'Meters' as your display unit for height this will automatically be recalculated as 1.78m for you.
User Settings
In this section you configure the user statistics that are used to calculate your allowances. To edit a value simply tap on the field and either enter or select the new value.
Application Settings
In this section you can set the application-specific settings. By default the application starts the week on a Monday morning. Activity points are added to a weekly pool in the same manner as the 49 weekly bonus points. You can change either of these settings by simply tapping on the setting you wish to change, selecting the new value then tapping the 'User Settings' button at the top left hand side of the toolbar.
